Deposit Policy
A deposit is required in order to finalize an appointment, or to begin work on a commission. The amount is determined by the time/materials necessary for the project, and will be deducted from the final cost upon completion. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. To make the process easier, we can accept the deposit digitally via PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp (and if for some reason you have none of those apps, just let us know, and we'll send you an invoice to pay with your card). If we have not received a deposit from you, you do not have an appointment... even if a day, price, ect. is decided upon.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. However, I understand that things happen, and if you need to reschedule you're appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll be happy to help. We just ask that you give at least 24 hours notice before your appointment, otherwise that will be considered a missed appointment and result in a forfieted deposit and require a new one in order to proceed with the project. Although this may seem harsh, I have been burned too many times and had my time wasted, so this policy is the unfortunate result of their selfish actions. Thanks in advance for understanding!
